Please carefully review your order details, including spelling, thread colors, sizes, and design accuracy, before confirming your purchase. We strongly recommend running a test sample prior to full production. Refunds will only apply to the service fee charged; we are not responsible for any damage to garments or products.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be granted in cases where an error was made on our part, such as a final file or product that does not match your approved design or provided specifications.
