For our Digitizing and Vector Art services, the delivery time is typically 3 to 7 hours for simple and average logos. For more complex designs, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time before proceeding with your order.

Regarding Custom Patches, our policy is straightforward: for orders of 200 patches or fewer, regardless of the type, we will deliver your order within 10 working days, provided the size of each patch does not exceed 6 inches in width or height. For orders exceeding 200 patches, we will provide a timeline based on your specific requirements.

2. Payment Terms

  • Billing: Customers will be invoiced upon successful completion and delivery of the job. Charges will be based on the quoted price unless no quote was provided, in which case the invoice will be calculated based on stitch count, as detailed below. Special pricing or promotions may apply to bundled orders.
